自在＋５支持されている揺動部材の下部にチャッキング
部材が取付けられており、このチャッキング部材の下部
には磁気ヘッド素材が保持され、また上記揺動部材の支
持点を中心とする曲率にて凹曲面状に形成された研磨台
の研磨面が上記磁気ヘッド素材に対向して成る磁気ヘッ
ド研磨装置において、上記チャッキング部材は揺動部材
に対し傾斜角度を設定自在に取付けられていることを特
