Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体フレームに結合した第１ステイにツユエルタンクに
    結合した第２ステイを締結部材により締結せしめて車体
    フレームにツユエルタンクを固定し、しかも前部座席シ
    ートの前端部が前記締結部材に近接している自動二輪車
    であって、前記第１ステイの上面には突起部を有する弾
    性体がマウントされ、前記第２ステイには透孔が穿孔さ
    れていて、該透孔に前記弾性体の突起部を挿通させたそ
    の頂部が前記締結部材の上端部より上方に位置するよう
    になし、前記前部座席シートの底板が沈み込みにより前
    記弾性体突起部頂部に当接可能としたことを特徴とする
    自動二輪車。
