Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板と、該基板の一面に固着された固定子側の複数のコ
    イルと、該基板に軸承された回転軸に固着され該コイル
    に離間対向して回転される回転子側永久磁石とよりなり
    、上記基板には磁性材の板材に絶縁層及び導電材の配線
    層が順次固着形成されてなり、上記コイルと該コイル通
    電切換制御用の回路部品とが夫々所定の該配線層に接続
    導通されると共に、上記磁性材の板材が上記永久磁石の
    磁気ループ形成用のヨークの機構を果すよう構成した薄
    形モータ。
