    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＰＮＰトランジスタ型の直列型制御部、出力電圧検出部
    、基準電圧発生部、出力電圧検出部の出力と基準電圧発
    生部の出力の誤差を増幅する差動型誤差増幅部よりなる
    ものにおいて、上記基準電圧発生部は、安定化出力電圧
    から与えられる構成になっており、起動入力電圧を上記
    差動型誤差増幅部に与える起動回路を具備したことを特
    徴とする安定化電圧回路。
