Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は使い捨て飲料容器の蓋に関する。
高温の飲料等を提供する環境は、不時にこぼすことによ
って、火傷、衣料等の損害、他の望ましくない結果を招
く場合が多い。
例えば、航空機、列車等では乗客に高温低温飲料を共に
供給するのが通常である。多くの場合、飲料は使い捨て
の紙又は合成樹脂コツプ等の容器に入れ、高温飲料の熱
を保持する蓋付のもの、低温飲料を飲むストロ−を入れ
るスロット付のもの、蓋なしのものがある。他の乗用車
両でも車両走行間に飲料を飲む場合があり、飲料のこぼ
れること（３） がある。
従来の技術 既知の技法として米国特許４０５６２１０号、４１０６
６６０号に記す飲み「１＋１きのコツプの蓋はポリスチ
レン板又はボリグロピレン板の発泡＊Ａ１」を熱成形し
て製造する。
上述の両持＋ｔ’ｌ’　Ｋ記−１蓋は刻み線又は部分的
切り口によって蓋の中央ウェブの一部にＩｉ７去部があ
り、指の爪等を挿入１〜でＩ一方外方針（−持上けては
ｙパイ型部分をビード凹み及び蓋外周の一部まで裂き敗
り、敗去った部分を容器のビートに押伺ければ町び完全
な蓋となる 発明の解決しようと１−ろ問題点 この構成の場合は一部の切込みがあるため、取去部を取
去る前でも転倒させればこ（コれる傾向がある。更に、
指の爪又は指の先を切込部に入れて取去部を引上げる必
要がある。
問題点を解決するための手段 本発明による新しい飲み［１＋１きの飲料容器蓋は切込
部でな（刻み線付きとし、刻み線を破断する（４） ためには使用者の栂指と示指とでつまむことによって最
初の破断が行なわれ、次に喫状の飲口部を蓋から取去る
。取去った部分は容器のリムの一部にかぶせれば再び完
全な蓋となる。
作　用 本発明による取去部を再び容器に取付は得る蓋は、切込
部がなく、２本の指でつまむことによって刻み線の一部
が破断し、破断部を持上げて取去部を裂き取ることは極
めて容易である。従って供用前に内容物がこぼれること
はない。
実施例 本発明を例示どした実施例並びに図面について説明する
。
第１．２．３．図に本発明による容器蓋１０を示し、中
央ウェブ部１２を有する。ウェブ部１２は逆Ｕ型のチャ
ンネル１２Ｂと凹み部１２Ｃの形成する突出スパイグ一
部１２Ａを有する。
第６図に示す直径方向の配列は、半径方向のチャンネル
１２Ｂ１ｉと、斜面の内方凹み１２Ｄと、はぼ半円形の
外方凹み１２Ｅとを有し、凹み１２Ｄ１（５） １２Ｅの間に弧状の稜ＡＲを形成する。稜Ａ、Ｒより外
方の半円形外方凹み１２Ｅは蓋１０の取去可能の飲口部
Ｔ）ＴＳを形成する。この取去可能の飲口部ＤＴＳは弧
状の稜Ａ、　Ｔ（内の刻み線Ｓ　Ｌによって画成する。
弧状の稜ＡＲの両側は内方外方凹み１２Ｄ、１２Ｈに合
一する杷持面ＧＳであり、杷持面ＧＳを指でつぶせば刻
み線Ｓ　Ｌが裂け、刻み線Ｓ　Ｌより外側の稜ＡＲと全
体の外側凹み１２Ｅとを持上げ、蓋から外方上方に動か
せば、外周ビード凹み１４まで裂ける。ビード凹み１４
には外側スカート１４Ａと、頂面１４Ｂと、内壁部１４
Ｃとを有し、この部分は凹み１２Ｂと刻み線Ｓ　Ｌの形
成する飲口部Ｔ）ＴＳを外上方に引くことによって裂け
ろ。
各逆Ｕ型チャンネル１２Ｂの外方端にビード凹み１４の
内壁部１４Ｃに接して曲面＋５１ｍ１４Ｂｃを形成して
ビード凹み１４の可撓性を大にし、第６図に示す容器１
６等の容器ビード１６Ａにスナップ係合を行なわせろ。
第４５６図に示す通り、飲口部Ｄ　Ｔ　Ｓを容器（６） １６のビード１６Ａから完全に取外した後に、所要に応
じて元の位箇に取付けることができる。ビード凹み１４
の一部が飲口部ＤＴＳに残っているからでル）る。ビー
ド凹み１４の部分を容器１６のビード１６Ａｃかぶぜて
取付ければ、飲口部ＤＴＳは蓋１０の一部として取付け
られろ。飲口部Ｄ　Ｔ　Ｓを再び取外して残った飲料を
第５図に示すボー）Ｐから飲むことかできる。内容品の
記号２０例えば第１５図に示ｆｃ（クリーム）、Ｓ（砂
糖）、Ｓ　−１−、、Ｃ（砂糖とクリーム）、１３　（
ブラック）等を起重ことができる。
刻み線Ｓ　Ｌの深さは狭い公差として制御し、蓋１０を
大量生産した時に刻み線に沿う所定の裂は目が生ずるよ
う［する。
刻み純Ｓ■、は弧状の稜Ａ　Ｔ、の外面又は内面とする
ことができる。好適な例として、刻み線を稜ＡＨの内面
に形成する。これによって蓋の外面には線がなく、刻み
線Ｓ　Ｌが裂けた時に始めて明らかになる１、 刻み線Ｓ　Ｌの形状は内面の刻み線として逆Ｖ型（７） として裂けろのを容易にする。内側外（ｆｌｌｌ押持面
ＧＳを稜Ａ　ｒ（の両側で互に近接させろことによって
稜は刻み線ＳＴ、に沿って持−Ｌげられ裂けろ。
本発明の蓋１０は例えばポリスチレン又はポリプロピレ
ンを使用して加熱成形法に、ｔつで成形するのが好適で
ある。蓋１０の成形後に刻み線Ｓ　Ｌを稜Ａ、Ｈに切込
むことができろ。
本発明は合成樹脂熱成形の蓋であって蓋の一部をつまむ
ことによって刻み線の“一部が破断１−１破断部から刻
み線に沿って取去部を取去って飲口部が形成され、蓋全
部を取去る必要はない。所要に応じて取去部の容器に再
び取付け、はぼ完全な蓋となる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　外周のビード又はリムの形成する開口を有する開放
    端容器用の可撓性合成樹脂製蓋であって蓋の外周に形成
    して容器の外周ビードに係合して蓋を外周ビードに保持
    するリム係合外周ビード凹みと、上記ビード凹みに囲ま
    れ容器の開口を覆い突出部を有する中央ウェブと、上記
    突出部に形成し上記ビード凹みの一部を区切る刻み線を
    含む有限の刻み線装置とを備え、上記刻み線装置の形状
    はビード凹み内方に延長する蓋の取去可能飲口部の境界
    をほぼ形成し、上記刻み線装置には刻み線に直角に押圧
    力を作用する把持装置を含み、上記押圧力に附答して刻
    み線の一部を破断じ取去可能の飲口部が把持装置に作用
    した引張力に応答して刻み線に沿って蓋から所定の破断
    を行って取去られることを特徴とする開口容器用の蓋。 ２　前記突出部を形成し前記刻み線装置の一部（１） 両側とした第１第２の凹み装置を備え、前記把持装置に
