Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弁本体と該弁本体の嵌合孔に摺動自在に嵌合された弁体
    から構成される流体制御弁において、弁体の軸方向に相
    互に離間して形成された複数の摺動部にそれぞれラビリ
    ンスを設け、更にこの弁体のラビリンスに相対するよう
    に、前記弁本体の嵌合孔の相互に離間した部分にもラビ
    リンスをそれぞれ設けて弁体側のラビリンスと弁本体側
    のラビリンスとの間に常に作動流体を潤滑させて圧力を
    有する静圧軸受部を形成させたことを特徴とする流体制
    御弁の漏洩防止構造。
