に応動して作動するスイッチ素子と、該スイッチ素子の
作動信号を光信号に変換するための発光素子とを設け、
これらスイッチ素子及び発光素子に電力を供給するため
の電源ラインを上記ケースの外方へ導出可能に設けると
ともに、上記発光素子による光信号を伝達するための光
フアイバーケーブルを上記ケース外方へ導出するように
してなることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダにおけるピス
