Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A pipe-shaped valve body having a through hole in the center, and an operation that is rotatably supported through a shaft hole that passes through one side of the outer circumference of the valve body about an orthogonal line that is orthogonal to the center line of the through hole of the valve body. In a butterfly valve having a shaft, a valve plate disposed in the through hole and inserted into a groove provided centering on a line orthogonal to the operating shaft, a packing is provided between an end of the groove and an outer circumference of the valve. A butterfly valve characterized in that the packing is inserted into the valve body, and the inner surface of the shaft hole of the valve body, the end surface of the groove, and the outer circumferential surface of the valve plate are brought into contact with each other.
