されるトランジスタよりなり、しかも前記第１の抵抗及
び第２の抵抗は前記電源の電圧が一定基準以上にあると
きは前記トランジスタをオン状態とし、また一定基準以
下になった時はオフするように設定した減電圧判別回路
と、ＬＥＤ及び／又はブザーの駆動回路とによりなり、
前記電源が一定電圧以下になった時前記駆動回路を駆動
