Claims (1)
り拡大する顕微鏡部と、該顕微鏡部で拡大された光ビー
ムスポットを結像する撮像面を有しこの撮像面に結ばれ
た像に応じた信号を出力するテレビカメラと、該テレビ
カメラからの信号を受けて前記撮像面に結ばれた像を表
示する表示手段とを具備したことを特徴とする光ビーム
