Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コイルが巻かれた磁気回路の１端を開口した磁石部と、
    該磁石部を搬送装置に取り付けるための磁石保持部とを
    有し、前記コイルに電流を流すことにより被搬送物を吸
    着する電磁吸着器において、前記磁石部と前記磁石保持
    部との間に少なくとも３つの可動自在な支持体をもうけ
    た可動部を有し、前記磁石部が被搬送物の傾きに対応可
    能に前記支持体が圧縮あるいは伸張可能に構成されてな
    ることを特徴とする電磁吸着器。
