PURPOSE:To permit to illuminate simply and obtain sterilizing effect by a method wherein a fluorescent substance is coated on one part of a non-electrode low pressure mercury lamp, made of a material such as silica glass or the like which permeates ultraviolet, and the substance is emitted by magnetron. CONSTITUTION:The non-electrode low pressure mercury lamp 10 is made by a silica glass bulb 11, permeating serilizing rays, and one part thereof is coated by the fluorescent substance 12 while illuminating light is emitted from the surface coated with the fluorescent substance 12 and the sterilizing rays are projected from the surface without coating. 熱調理状態になる。これと同時に庫内照明用電球3が点
灯゛し、加熱中の調理物が照明されるよう々構成になっ
ている。第2図は、上記の庫内照明用電球3のかわりに
無電極低圧水銀ランプ5を用いたものの実施例の回路ブ
ロック図である。この装置の場合、マグネトロン2に電
源電圧を印加すると、電源に接続されていない無電極低
圧水銀ランプ7は、マグネトロン2から発生するマイク
ロ波6を受けることによって点灯し、上記の電球3を用
いたものと同じ照明効果を生ずる。

無電極低圧水銀ランプ1oは、殺菌線を透過する石英ガ
ラスパルプ11を用いて、その一部に螢光体12を塗布
したものを使用し、螢光体12を塗布した面からは照明
光が、塗布されてない面からは殺菌線が照射され、各々
照明光は調理中の調理物を照明し、殺菌線は庫内8の上
部、側面を照射する。寸だ、この時の無電極低圧水銀ラ
