Claims (1)
子を取付け、該圧電振動子を励振して水を霧化する発振
回路を備えた超音波加湿装置において、前記発振回路の
回路部品を搭載した回路基板を前記霧化水槽の側壁外面
に止着した冷却板に固定すると共に、前記発振回路の回
路部品のうち励振出力素子を回路基板から分離して前記
冷却板に固定し、且つ前記励振出力素子を霧化水槽の槽
壁と非導通となるように構成してなることを特徴とする
