ある。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a powdered paint composition, and more specifically, after the paint film is diluted with water and dried, it becomes water resistant, and when used, it is dissolved with water and adjusted to a paste-like paint with a desired viscosity. It is something. However, since the coating film is not water resistant, it re-dissolves when it comes into contact with water and the coating surface becomes dirty, so it could not be used for posters etc. to be displayed outdoors. On the other hand, there are paste-like paints that use water-soluble resin emulsions such as acrylic acid ester resins, which become water-resistant after drying. , metal powder pigments such as brass powder cannot be used.

As the pigment used in the present invention, various pigments such as metal powder pigments such as powder, which have been conventionally used in paints, and other pearl pigments can be used. These pigments may be used alone or in combination at 3 to 3 parts per 100 parts of the composition.
80 parts by weight can be used, preferably 5 to 75 parts by weight (hereinafter, parts by weight are simply referred to as parts).

Commonly called emulsion powder or re-emulsified powder, etc., for example, a resin emulsion such as vinyl acetate is sprayed and dispersed in hot air or under reduced pressure, and then rapidly dried.
It is in the form of a powder with a particle size of about μ. This powder can be easily redispersed in water, and when the redispersion liquid dries, the film is water resistant and does not dissolve in water again.

Cellulose resins such as methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, and hydroxyglobil cellulose, vinyl synthetic resins such as polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone, modified starches such as dextrin and enzyme dextrin, and natural polymers such as gum arabic, and various water-soluble materials. Polymers can be used. Among these, methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxyglobilcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, dextrin, enzyme dextrin, etc. can be preferably used. These water-soluble polymers can be used in an amount of 0.5 to 25 parts, preferably 1 to 20 parts, per 100 parts of the composition.

Using anionic surfactants such as sulfonic acid sorta-formalin condensate and albenzenesulfonic acid,
Of these, those with an HLB of 8 to 18 are desirable. The surfactant can be used in an amount of 0 to 2.0 parts, preferably 02 to 15 parts, based on 100 parts of the composition. If the activator is used in excess, the water resistance of the coating film will be poor and its penetration into the coating surface will be rapid.

The resulting mixture is pulverized to approximately 50 to 150 meshes using a pulverizer or the like to form powder paints. Alternatively, the powdered paint composition of the present invention is granulated using a granulator to obtain a granular paint.

In addition, since the composition of the present invention diluted with water and applied exhibits strong water resistance after drying, it can also be used as paint for posters displayed outdoors. Also, the coating film will not change color during storage, and the solidified acid will not cause rust.

The obtained composition was stored in an airtight container and left in a constant temperature and humidity chamber at a room temperature of 40 degrees and a humidity of 80% for one week. When it was checked, there was no phenomenon such as discoloration or solidification, and it showed good storage stability. The resulting composition was applied to thin drawing paper using a brush dipped in water. Next, the applied coating film was left indoors to air dry, and then immersed in water, but the coating showed good water resistance without being redissolved.
