Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エンジン本体の前、後面に吸気マニホルドと排気マニホ
    ルドをそれぞれ連結し、前記吸気マニホルドの上方にエ
    アクリーナを配設し、前記排気マニホルドに連結された
    触媒コンバータと前記エアクリーナ間に２次空気供給装
    置を介装し、該２次空気供給装置を、前記エアクリーナ
    と前記触媒コンバータ間を接続する２次空気通路と、該
    ２次空気通路に介装され、排気脈動により作動するり一
    ド弁と、該リード弁の上流で前記２次空気通路に介装さ
    れる消音器とより構成した車両用エンジンにおいて、前
    記消音器を前記吸気マニホルドの側面に一隣接して配設
    し、該消音器の外面に前記リード弁を取付けたことを特
    徴とする車両用エンジン。
