Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A cam ring housed in the pump housing;
A rotor that radially holds a plurality of vanes that are in sliding contact with the cam surface of the cam ring, and a rotor that is rotatably supported by the pump housing, and that is engaged with the rotor in the rotational direction by a spline and coupled in the axial direction by a snap ring. A side plate that forms a pump chamber between the rotor shaft, the cam ring and the rotor, and is in contact with the cam ring and the side surface of the rotor, and this side plate has a suction port and a discharge port that respectively communicate with the pump chamber where the expansion stroke or compression stroke is performed. In the vane pump, a straight part is provided in the groove wall on the side that engages with the snap ring of the snap ring groove formed on the outer periphery of the end of the rotor shaft, and the angle of inclination of this straight part with respect to the center of the rotor shaft is set between the rotor and the snap ring. A vane pump characterized in that the angle of inclination of the engagement surface is greater than that of the engagement surface.

(2) The vane pump according to claim 1, wherein both side walls of the snap ring groove are formed into straight parts that are in line with the rotor axis, and the bottom of the groove is semicircular and continuous with the straight parts.

(3) The vane pump according to claim 1, wherein both side walls of the snap ring groove are V-shaped straight parts, and the inclination angle thereof is larger than the inclination angle of the rotor-side engagement surface.
