DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a powder scattering method, and more specifically, the present invention relates to a powder scattering method, and more specifically, when scattering powder on the surface of a sheet-like object such as paper or plastic film using a high-pressure discharge tube,
A raised part is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the high-pressure discharge tube in order to prevent the phenomenon of falling in clumps, and the powder is spread by vibrating the discharge tube and bringing the raised part of the discharge tube into contact with the powder supply roll. It's about how to do it.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a method as shown in FIG. 2, for example, has been known for scattering powder onto the surface of a sheet-like material using a high-pressure discharge tube.

That is, the powder supplied and dropped by the powder supply roll 3 whose lower half is exposed at the bottom opening of the powder storage box 1 and rotates in the direction of the arrow is transferred to the high-pressure electric discharge disposed in parallel below the powder supply roll 3. The ozone ion wind generated from the tube 5 was used to blow off the ozone in the form of a mist, and the ozone was scattered on the surface of the sheet-like material 12 moving in a direction perpendicular to the roll 3 (in the left-right direction in the figure).

However, in the conventional method described above, powder lumps 2' adhere to the high-pressure discharge tube 5 over time, as shown in Figure 3, and these powders occasionally fall (drip), hindering uniform dispersion. .
Further, the powder 2' remains attached to the high-pressure discharge tube 5 while remaining between the embosses 4, 4 carved on the circumferential surface of the powder supply roll 3.
After passing over the powder, a phenomenon of dripping may occur, and as a result, the powder may be spread non-uniformly on the surface of the sheet-like material 12.

Particularly when the powder is slightly damp, dripping tends to occur frequently. The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and its gist is that in a method of dispersing powder on the surface of a sheet-like material using a high-pressure discharge tube, A powder scattering method is provided, which comprises: disposing a high-pressure discharge tube with raised bristles on its outer peripheral surface in close proximity to the same, and dispersing powder while vibrating the high-pressure discharge tube and bringing the raised part into contact with a powder supply roll.

以下、本発明を図面により詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a powder scattering device used in the present invention, in which a rotating powder supply roll 3 with an embossed surface 4 is provided at the bottom opening of a powder storage box 1. High-pressure discharge tubes 5 are strung and arranged in parallel adjacent to the surface, and the high-pressure discharge tubes 5 are connected to a vibration transmission device 7, and a raised portion 6 is formed on the circumferential surface of the high-pressure discharge tubes 5. As illustrated in FIG.
1, and the high-pressure discharge tube 5 may be attached to a predetermined location of the transmission thread 10, or the high-pressure discharge tube may be directly connected to the vibration generator (not shown), etc., as appropriate. Each part of the vibration transmission device must be arranged so that falling and scattering powder is not blocked.

The vibration component has a frequency of 10 to 10,000 days2 and an amplitude of 1 to 10
Furthermore, the direction of vibration may be within any direction, and furthermore, the discharge tube may be rotated while being vibrated if necessary. Further, the raised portion 6 has a length, thickness, and hardness sufficient to peck the embossed surface 4 of the powder supply roll 3 in conjunction with the vibration of the high-pressure discharge tube 5 and disintegrate the powder lumps adhering thereto. It may be made of any material as long as it has a high density.

In the present invention, the powder 2 is continuously fed out in a fixed amount by a powder supply roll 3 attached to a storage box 1 containing the powder 2 for dispersion, and then the powder 2 is fed out in a constant amount by a raised The vibrating high-pressure discharge tube 5 picks up the powder 2 and blows it away in the form of mist due to the change in the angle of the ion wind caused by the vibration, continuing below the high-pressure discharge tube. Since the powder is scattered on the upper surface of the sheet-like material 12 that moves, all of the powder carried by the powder supply roll is blown away, eliminating the phenomenon of powder lumps falling off.

Of course, since the high-pressure discharge tube itself vibrates, powder does not adhere to the discharge tube and cause dripping.
