However, due to variations in the firing dimensions of the ceramic heaters mentioned above, it is not possible to accurately measure the dimensions between the joint connected to the ceramic heater and the upstream equipment, resulting in bending damage to the ceramic heater during piping. There have been problems such as damage due to excessive force, and destruction of a part of the ceramic heater which is the weakest in terms of strength because there is no part to absorb external forces such as vibrations.

■ A ceramic heater is inserted into the heating can in the middle of the cleaning water supply line that supplies cleaning water to the cleaning nozzle, and the ceramic heater is connected to the upstream side of the water supply line through a hole that passes through it in the axial direction. In the private parts cleaning device equipped with a heating device, a joint pipe is connected to the inlet of the ceramic heater of the heating device, and the joint pipe and the equipment on the upstream side of the heating device are connected by a flexible hose. It is possible to absorb variations in dimensions such as firing dimensions of the ceramic heater, eliminate unnecessary force from acting on a part of the ceramic heater when assembling the equipment, and prevent vibrations during transportation or construction, or water during use of the equipment. Flexible hoses can absorb external forces such as the flow of water and vibrations caused by opening and closing the toilet seat, so during piping, bending destructive force may be applied to a part of the ceramic heater, or the ceramic heater may be damaged due to vibration, etc. can be prevented.
