After the required sewing work has been completed by the sewing machine, a group of fabrics must be carried out one after another to the required position, stored, and moved to the next process, and this series of work is fully automated. There are already many inventions and ideas for devices designed to do this, which need not be listed as examples.

Therefore, it is necessary to stack and collect the fabrics that have been sewn one after another at a high speed at the desired transfer point without stagnation in accordance with the sewing speed. Transfer methods require increasing the length and speed of the conveyor to increase the capacity of the fabric on the conveyor, but this is difficult due to the limited space and conveyor speed, and therefore requires skilled labor. In terms of the content of the work and the amount of labor required, it is necessary to abolish or revise this reliance on manual labor, and it is necessary to quickly and reliably produce a large amount of sewn fabric without falling behind the sewing speed of the sewing machine. Therefore, automated means are required to separate and store the waste at separate locations.

At this time, both belts 5 and 6 are connected to the pulley 1 as shown in the figure.
4.18 are both horizontally oriented, so that the adjacent carrier surfaces of both belts 5 and 6 are joined in a vertical position, and the side opposite to the side on which the movable plate 16 is pivoted by the pivot 17 is connected. By connecting the piston rod 19a of the opening/closing drive cylinder 19 installed on the fixed plate 13 side, the belt 6 is rotated by the rotation of the movable plate 16 about the pivot 17 as the piston rod 19a moves back and forth. It can be opened and closed with respect to the parallel belt 5.

In addition, the fabric conveyance path by the conveyance belts 5 and 6 includes:
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the rotary drive cylinder 2
A transfer plate that transfers the sewn fabric 30, which has been partially held and conveyed by the belts 5 and 6 on a rotating shaft 29 mounted on a rotary shaft 29 so as to be rotatable in the forward and reverse directions by a rotating shaft 8, to the stacking table 31 side in a rotational manner. 32 will be erected.

That is, as shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 6, and FIG. 7, necessary sewing operations such as bar-tacking, hole-stitching, etc. are performed on the cylindrical or flat material 30 in the sewing machine sewing section 3. When the sewing machine is stopped and the presser foot 2 is lifted and released when sewing is completed, one belt 5 of the pair of conveyor belts 5 and 6 is moved relative to the other belt 6 by the operation of the drive cylinder 19, and the movable plate 16 is moved. The support frame 9 remains open via the operation of the drive cylinder 11.
2, both belts 5 and 6 are moved from the X position shown by the solid line to the Y position shown by the dotted line in FIG.

Next, when the insertion rotation member 4 is rotated clockwise from the upright state shown in FIG. Rotate downward to remove the fabric 3 as shown in Figures 5 and 6.
0 is inserted into the open entrance of the belt 5.6 in a push-in manner, and by sensing this inserted material by the sensing member 37 shown in FIG. 4, the belt 5 is closed to the belt 6. As a result, the sewn fabric 30 is held between both belts 5, 6, and the fabric 30 is pulled out and separated from the sewing section 3 of the sewing machine by the driving belts 5, 6.

Next, while the belts 5 and 6 are in the closed state, both the belts 5 and 6 are retreated from the Y position to the X position through the retreat of the support frame 9.
During this time, the sandwiched fabric 30 is sandwiched between the carrier surfaces of both belts 5 and 6 in a vertical position, and is conveyed to the transfer plate 32 side in a state where the entire fabric is suspended by the belts 5 and 6.

Therefore, as shown in FIG.
By sensing that the belt 5 is at the transfer plate 32 position and placing the belt 5 in an open position with respect to the belt 6,
At the same time, the transfer plate 32 rotates through the rotation of the rotating shaft 29, so that the released fabric 30 is rotated and placed on the stacking table 31 or the stacking conveyor 36 illustrated in FIG.

While this fabric 30 was being conveyed, a new fabric 30 was sewn on the sewing machine sewing section 3 side, and the belt 5 retreated when the sewing was completed.
, 6 remain open and driven (rotated) and move forward from the X position to the Y position again to restart the clamping and conveyance of this fabric 30. By repeating this operation, the stacking table 31 or the stacking They are sequentially stacked and stored on the conveyor 36.

In the present invention, the fabric 30, which has been sewn in a flat spread in the sewing section of the sewing machine, is rotated in a vertical position and transported by a pair of transport belts 5 and 6 that can be opened and closed. By pinching and transferring one side of the fabric 30 via the rotating member 4, the fabric 30 is moved to a vertical hanging position, and is immediately attached to one side of the hanging position by the transfer plate 32. Layering can be done quickly and easily at the stacking storage position, and a rapid series of conveying and stacking operations can be achieved. It can cope well with the high sewing speed of the sewing machine, does not require a large space or long equipment, and can be installed under a compact device. Processing without stagnation can be obtained.

That is, when the fabric 30 is vertically suspended and moved by the pair of belts 5 and 6, the space occupied for moving and conveying the fabric can be extremely narrow, and the path by the belts 5 and 6 can be very short.

In other words, since the transfer plate 32 allows flat stacking at different locations immediately, there is no need to buy time for mass processing using a conventional long flat conveyor, etc., and it is easy to transport and stack at a high speed higher than the sewing speed. becomes possible.

In addition, the entire device is compact and can be easily installed in the limited space of this type of industrial sewing machine.
It does not take up much space, and has a great advantage in processing already sewn fabrics, which can fully cope with the high speed sewing of recent automated sewing machines.
