Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform simply and economically a message service in a way similar to a conventional way by transmitting the output of a voice synthesizing circuit to a subscriber line for a prescribed time decided by a timer circuit when a call signal is detected while a message transmission function is selected. CONSTITUTION:A message is recorded in the form of a digital signal in a semiconductor integrated circuit IC of the voice synthesizing circuit 6, and when a subscriber throws a selection switch 3 to the ON position at his departure, a call signal detection circuit 4 is connected between A line 1a and a B line 1b of a subscriber line 1 via the selection switch 3. When a detection relay R of the call signal detection circuit 4 by is actuated the call signal, a contact (r) of the said detection relay R is closed and the timer circuit 5 is started. Thus, the timer circuit 5 drives a timer relay A for a prescribed time guaranteeing sufficiently the time of transmitted message. A voice signal outputted from the semiconductor integrated circuit IC is amplified by an amplifier circuit AMP and transmitted to the subscriber line 1 from the secondary side of an output transformer T. Thus, the caller listens to the said message.

Conventionally, message services in telephone exchanges have had multiple messages stored in advance on the voice drum of an automatic notification and guidance device installed at a central office for automatic notification and guidance, and these messages were sent in response to requests from subscriber's telephone terminals. When a message is selected and registered and a call is received by the subscriber, a line is connected from the exchange accommodating the subscriber to the central office for automatic notification guidance, and the central office automatically notifies the subscriber. By connecting to a guidance device, registered messages were transmitted to the receiving subscriber with automatic notifications sent to the central office and switching center for notification. Therefore, it has the disadvantage that it requires large-scale equipment such as an automatic notification and guidance device at the central office for automatic notification and guidance, and a dedicated line between the central office and the exchange.

The present invention was removed in view of the above drawbacks, and includes a selection switch for selecting a message sending function on a telephone terminal, a circuit for detecting a ringing signal, and a time limit circuit for limiting the message sending time to a certain period of time. and a voice synthesis circuit that creates voice using digital signals, and when the message sending function is selected by the selection switch, the detection circuit detects the calling signal sent from the station, and then the time limit circuit determines the calling signal. By configuring the system to send the output of the speech synthesis circuit to the subscriber's line for a certain period of time,

A message such as "I'm out of town. Please call again tomorrow" is recorded in advance in the semiconductor integrated circuit IC of the voice synthesis circuit 6 as a digital signal, and when the subscriber goes out, the selection switch 3 is turned on. When switched, the calling signal detection circuit 4 is connected between the A line 1a+B&1b of the subscriber line 1 via the selection switch 3. When this telephone receives an incoming call in such a state, a ringing signal of 6 Hz is sent to the subscriber's line 1 from the ringing signal trunk on the exchange side (not shown). The signal passes through the switch 3 → the ringing signal detection circuit 4 → the B line lb of the subscriber's line and returns to the ringing signal trunk on the exchange side. In this case, the bell of the telephone circuit 2 rings instantaneously when the call signal is received, but this is caused by the selection switch 3 being set to O when the subscriber returns home.
This is an old warning for forgetting to switch to FF.

When the detection relay R of the call signal detection circuit 4 is operated in response to a call signal, the contact r of the detection relay R is closed and the time limit circuit 5 is activated.
is started. This causes the timer circuit 5 to drive the timer relay A for a certain period of time which sufficiently guarantees the time for the message to be sent. The contact a of the time relay A connects the output transformer T of the speech synthesis circuit 6 between the A line 1a and B+f/Nib of the subscriber line 1, but the direct current resistance at this time is low, and the exchanger (not shown) Detected by the DC loop detection circuit of the side ring signal trunk. As a result, the exchange determines that the called party has answered, and connects the subscriber line 1 to the speech trunk by known means, thereby enabling communication between the telephone terminal and the calling party.

On the other hand, the message to be sent is stored in the voice synthesis circuit 60 and the semiconductor integrated circuit ICK digital signal, but the voice signal output from the semiconductor integrated circuit IC is stored in the amplifier circuit A.
It is amplified by the MP and sent from the secondary side of the output transformer T to the subscriber line m1 via a route from relay contact a to subscriber outlet MA line la and subscriber line B line lb. The message sent to the subscriber line 1 is transmitted to the calling party via a call trunk on the exchange side (not shown), and the calling party can listen to the message.

After a certain period of time that sufficiently guarantees the message transmission time, when the timer circuit 5 is restored, and subsequently the timer relay A is restored,
The secondary side of the output transformer T→relay contact a→the route of the subscriber line A line 1a is disconnected, the message is not sent to the subscriber line 1, and the telephone returns to the state before receiving the calling signal. On the other hand, since the DC resistance loop is disconnected by the restoration of the time relay contact a, the communication trunk of the exchange (not shown) detects the disconnection of the loop on the called party's side, and the exchange communicates with the caller and the called party by known means. When the subscriber turns off the selection switch 3 for the communication path between the parties, the calling signal detection circuit 4
is disconnected from the subscriber's line A line 1a, and even if a ringing signal is sent from the exchange at the time of incoming call, the ringing signal detection circuit 4 does not operate, the bell of the telephone circuit 2 rings, and from then on the telephone functions as a conventional telephone. do.
