杭の表面の錆或は付着物を除去するフロート式鋼管杭清

くとも前記フレームの内周に突設されていて前記フレー
ムの上下動につれて前記鋼管杭の表面を引掻いて清掃す
る複数の清掃刃とを備えていることを特徴とするもので
