Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] 1. A guide tube is provided protruding from the front protrusion having a cream outlet hole communicating with the cream discharge opening of the in-machine freezing stirring chamber, and a spiral shape is provided on the upper circumference of the guide tube. A sliding ring of a proximal end of the handle protruding from the outer periphery of the gate plunger is provided in sliding contact with the guide rail portion of the gate plunger, and a means is provided for biasing the gate plunger in the axial direction thereof. A cream supply device for a frozen dessert making machine, wherein the lower end side of the plunger is provided at a position where the cream outlet hole can be opened and closed by vertical movement of the plunger. 2. A cream supply device for a frozen dessert making machine, wherein the guide rail portion has a lower swing stopper for stopping cream discharge and an angularly displaced upper swing stopper groove for cream discharge.
