Abstract

PURPOSE:To generate no shift of a projecting surface of no shift of a focus by incorporating as one body an optical system lens assembly, or one lens simplex or plural pieces, between both containing parts in which both ends of a film are wound in the shape of roll and contained. CONSTITUTION:A film cassette for projectoe is loaded in the projector in a state that both hoods 18, 19 are opened. In case when a lens assembly 12 installed in the film cassette 1 is a condenser lens, the direct light irradiated from a light source 20 and the reflected light from a reflector 21 enter the condenser lens, and the light from the condenser lens passes through a film 13, and forms an image on a screen 23 through a projecting lens 22 of the projector placed at a position set in advence. Accordingly, when the positions of the light source 20 and the projecting lens 22 are fixed, it can be expected that a clear image is formed on the screen 23 by only loading the film cassette, and an adjustment of an optical axis, an adjustment of a focus, etc. are not required at all.

Therefore, each time you set a film cassette, you not only have to correct the misalignment of the projection surface or focus the projected image, but also have to adjust the optical axis between the light source and the lens. It is necessary to incorporate an optical axis adjustment mechanism, which has the disadvantage of complicating the configuration.

(Structure of the Invention) The present invention, which has been made to achieve the above object, provides a film cassette for storing a long roll-type positive film, between two storage parts in which both ends of the film are wound into a roll and stored. A film cassette for a projector is characterized in that an optical system lens assembly or one or more single lenses are integrally incorporated, and since the lens is attached to the cassette side, there is no possibility of misalignment of the projection surface. Since there is no focus shift and at the same time there is no need for optical axis adjustment, the configuration of the projector itself can be simplified. Further, by disposing hoods that can be opened and closed on the side surface where the lens assembly or lens unit is incorporated and the side surface where the film runs,
When the cassette is stored or carried around, the lens surface and film surface will not be soiled or damaged by dust or the like.

The optical system lens assembly 12 is arranged side by side with this film press 11, that is, between both the housing parts 2.3, or one or more lenses are attached, and the cassette housing 1 and the lens are integrally combined. . In this case, the lens assembly consists of one lens or a combination of lenses stored in a box-shaped case in advance.
A set is used so that the optical condensation or optical axis is located at a calculated distance between the film and the film, or one sheet is placed at a calculated position between both storage compartments when assembling the cassette. Or arrange and fix multiple lenses,
The lens is integrated into the cassette housing.

A hood 18 having a size to cover the lens assembly is attached to the side surface to which the lens assembly 12 is attached so that it can be opened and closed, for example, by a hinge connection or a hinge.
On the side where the guide rolls 8 and 9 are attached, that is, on the side where the film runs, a hood 19 large enough to cover the entire film is similarly attached to the hood 19 so as to be openable and closable by a hinge. It is convenient to use these hoods if they open on the same side, and it will be even more convenient if they open automatically when the projector is loaded.

(Function) The film cassette for a projector of the present invention having the above configuration is loaded into a projector with both hoods 18 and 19 open as shown in FIG. That is,
When the lens assembly 12 installed in the film cassette 1 is a condensing lens, the direct light emitted from the light source side and the reflected light from the reflection plate 2 enter the condensing lens,
The light from the condenser lens passes through the film 13, passes through the projection lens 22 of the projector at a preset position, and forms an image on the screen 23. Therefore, if the positions of the light source side and the projection lens 22 are kept constant, a clear image can be formed on the screen simply by loading the film cassette of the present invention, and there is no need to adjust the optical axis or focus. It becomes unnecessary.

When used in the state shown in FIG. 5, a projection lens is incorporated as the lens assembly 12, and the light source 20 has a predetermined focal point or has a flapper (Cinelan f). When a film cassette is loaded so that the film is located on the light source side, parallel light from the light source and reflector passes directly through the film 13,
A clear image is projected onto the screen n via the projection lens. In this case, the projector does not require a condenser lens or a projection lens, and there is no need to perform optical axis adjustment at all, so the configuration of the projector itself can be significantly simplified.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the film cassette for a projector according to the present invention has a structure in which one or more optical system lens assemblies or single lenses are integrally incorporated inside the cassette. There is no need to adjust the optical axis, and there is no deviation of the projection plane, and the distance between the film and lens does not sag at all. This has the excellent effect that various operations of the projector can be omitted.

In addition, since the lens assembly is attached to the film cassette, there is no need for a condenser lens or optical axis adjustment mechanism on the projector side, and the configuration of the projector is significantly simplified.
Its operation also becomes easier. Furthermore, since the lens assembly is provided near the film, not only can the aperture of the lens be small, but also a plastic lens or the like can be used, resulting in various excellent effects such as the cassette itself being lightweight.

Furthermore, by providing a hood that can be opened and closed on the side of the lens assembly and the film running surface, it is possible to prevent dust from entering during storage and transportation, and to prevent scratches on the lens and film surface. It has excellent effects.
