Ｏ実用新案登録請求の範囲
（１）一体的に形成される投光部と受光部が直列接続さ
れて電源端子間４こ設けられる投受光素子と、
上記投光部に並列接続され外部信号を受けて該投光部へ
の駆動電流をスイッチングするスイッチング素子と、
上記受光部に並列接続され上記投光部またはスイッチン
グ素子を介して交互的に電源供給を受は上記受光部のバ
イアス電圧を所定電圧にする定電圧ダイオードと
を備えたことを特徴とする光送受信回路。
（２）上記受光部の出力信号を増幅子る増幅回路を設け
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
