Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep the action of a detergent for a long period, and to improve the washing effect, by blasting a detergent liquid, water and air from single nozzle with respective prescribed pressures. CONSTITUTION:Machines are washed without using brush, by blasting a detergent liquid, water and air from single nozzle with respective prescribed pressures. The detergent liquid is blasted in the form of finely foamed liquid, retained for a long period even on a smooth surface, exhibits the detergent function for a long time, and gives improved washing effect. When a process comprising the blasting of high-pressure water is used as a pretreatment process of the above washing process, the material sticked to the machine by adhesive force, e.g. egg yolk and albumen, etc. can be removed physically, and the following chemical washing treatment with detergent liquid can be facilitated.

Machines that fully automatically process various foods in food processing factories 1 For example, automatic egg breaking machines, which accept the broken egg yolk and albumen flowing down from the eggshell into a container, and separate and remove the egg white from the container. For machines that separately collect only the egg yolks, the yolks and whites tend to adhere to the container and other parts of the egg-breaking mechanism when breaking the eggs or separating the yolks and whites, so they must be cleaned. There is a need.

When cleaning food that has adhered to the surface of each part of the food processing machine as described above, cleaning using a cleaning brush may not be able to reliably remove the food that has adhered to the small parts or deep parts of the machine. Hair from the brush comes off and sticks to the machine, and this removal is undesirable because it causes the hair to get mixed into food.

On the other hand, as a cleaning method for cleaning machinery without using a brush, inert scum or air is blown into a cleaning solution to generate air bubbles, and the cleaning process is carried out in the cleaning solution containing the bubbles (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 47 -22843 Publication), and a spray cleaning method (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-228402) in which a spray nozzle is installed on the peripheral wall of the washing tank, primary spray cleaning is performed with the liquid retained in this tank, and then secondary spraying with cleaning water is performed to completely clean the equipment. (Refer to Publication No. 1989-89135).

However, when trying to use the above cleaning method to clean food processing machines, the former method uses a bubble solution, so even if bubbles are blown, the time it takes for the bubbles to adhere to the surface of the machine is However, the latter method has the disadvantage that the amount of detergent solution and the time required for cleaning are large.

In view of this, the present invention has been developed by spraying detergent liquid, water, and air at predetermined pressures from the same jet orifice, without using a brush, and spraying the machine as a cleaning foam liquid of fine particles to clean a smooth surface. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cleaning method in which the detergent remains attached for a long period of time and has a long residence time. The purpose of this invention is to provide an optimal cleaning method that can be applied to a cleaning device that uses a jointed robot to clean the area to be cleaned.

As described above, as a result of carrying out the cleaning according to the present invention and the manual cleaning over the same period of time, a cleaning result free from bacterial contamination was obtained in both cases, and therefore, even without using a brush, the same cleaning effect as the conventional manual cleaning can be obtained. It has been found that the present invention is superior in terms of unmanned cleaning using the cleaning port getter and prevention of hair contamination during removal.

The nozzle section has a high-pressure water blowing nozzle γ, a blowing nozzle 1 for blowing a mixture of detergent liquid, tap water, and air, and a separate blowing nozzle for hypochlorous acid, and the blowing from these nozzles is as described above. This is done by switching the switching valves 1 (i, 17, 18, and 19).The nozzle 1 that blows out the detergent solution, tap water, and air is longer than the other nozzles n and 28, as shown in FIG. Its dimensions and shape are as described above.

Therefore, the nozzle part 24 having the nozzle 1, 27, 28'e is attached to the wrist part 30 of the jointed armrest 29 as shown in FIGS. 4(A) and CB), and each pipe line is connected to this nozzle part. In this case, the direction of each nozzle can be controlled by free pressure by the movement of each joint of W, and automatic cleaning can be performed toward the cleaning area of the machine to be cleaned.
