Conventionally, the above-mentioned top-stripped veneers (the front and rear shapes are irregular), core-stripped veneers at the end, narrow-width veneers that are difficult to reel, and veneers that are soft and may become narrower are ,
On the Kosobair installed immediately after the rotary race, it is piled up in one piece by hand or cut into pieces of a certain size, or relatively long pieces are rolled into balls for convenient handling. These veneers are then randomly accumulated in the storage area or on the conveyor on the delivery side, and then these veneers are taken out again and inserted into a veneer cutting machine at a slow speed that is completely different from rotary lace, and the shoulders and products are Measures were taken such as separating the material and then depositing its effective veneer.

In other words, in the past, the veneers that had been randomly stacked had to be picked up from the top by a large number of people and inserted in the same width as the supply width of the dryer. requires at least 15 to 3 pieces of sand,
Furthermore, when there were many narrow veneers, it naturally took even more time to line them up.

As another method, the veneers that have been piled up as described above, or the veneers that have been accumulated while being transferred separately to a tray conveyor, are cut off by a sizing cutting device before being sent to a dryer (roll dryer). After dividing into sized veneers, for example, each narrow veneer treated as described above is transferred in a direction perpendicular to the drying direction of the dryer, and the intervals between each narrow veneer are narrowed so that the veneers are of a certain length. A feeding device (for example, a product name: Pre-Feeder) that feeds the dryer all at once when the temperature is reached has also been used, but this device has drawbacks such as a complicated structure and a large space. Furthermore, none of the following means allows the narrow veneer cut from the rotary lace to be transferred in an orderly manner; This was extremely inefficient, as the curls had to be spread out in between, and the veneers had to be manually taken out one by one from a storage area such as a tray conveyor when feeding the veneers to a sizing cutting device.

That is, when the leading ends of the group of veneers S that are cut and sent out one after another by the rotary race A pass between the pressurized low-hoo 13 and the pulley groups 7 and 10, the driving force of the belt 9 of the sorting Kosobear D is applied. is transmitted via the veneer S to the intermittent conveyor E. As a result, the rotation of the Mata operation conveyor E and the touch roller group 11a is started, and when the end of the veneer S passes the pressure roller 13, the Mata operation conveyor E and the touch roller group 11a are started. The rotation of the roller group 11a is stopped. In other words, a veneer concentrator is constructed in which the leading and trailing ends of the veneers are closely spaced or closely spaced. 14 is a roller disposed above the touch roller group 11a; 15;
indicates a bobbin disposed at the bottom of the touch roller group 11a, and a wire material 16 such as yarn is wound around the bobbin 15.
From this, the guide theory 17, the tip of which is wound around the reel 14 several times via the back surface of the veneer S, is held so that it does not come loose, or an adhesive member 18 such as adhesive tape is used as shown in FIG. It is fixed in place.

Furthermore, these veneers S are not only uneven in front-to-back shape and width, but also have different intervals between each veneer S, and are conveyed in a so-called discontinuous state. First, among these veneers S, the shoulder veneers whose length in the width direction is less than the desired dimension are discarded on the layer conveyor 6 in the sorting conveyor D section, and the others are discarded as described above. Then, the front and rear of the conveyor E are packed together. At the same time, wire rods 16 such as threads are sequentially paid out from the bobbin 15 as the IJ-rule 4 rotates, and when the leading end of the preceding veneer reaches the point where the touch roller group 11a and the IJ-rule 14 contact, The board is wound around the reel 14 with the feeding direction regulated by the wire rod 16. That is, each veneer is wound around the reel 14 one after another by the wire rod 16 from the back side.

In the embodiment described above, the veneer Sb (the veneer rewound from the reel 14) whose front and rear shapes are irregular as shown in FIG. 5a is fed into the dryer. As shown in the figure, by winding the veneers Sb onto the reel 14 after forming them into sized veneers S, it is possible to increase the number of veneers Sb that are rewound and arranged on the conveyor 1 for insertion into the dryer. That is, Figs. 6 and 7 show examples of this. In the figures, A is a rotary lace, B is raw wood, C is a carry-out conveyor, S is a veneer, and K is a device installed at the end of the carry-out conveyor C. The size cutting device is shown in which a pair of upper and lower rollers 31 and 32 are provided perpendicularly to the conveyance direction of the carry-out conveyor C with a gap that allows the veneer S to be held and conveyed, and the veneer carry-out side of the rollers 31 and 32 is shown. A cutting blade 34 is provided on the outlet circumferential surface of the cutting blade 34, which rotates in the vertical direction about a shaft 33 as a fulcrum, and whose cutting edges alternately touch each other, and a waste conveyor 35 is provided below the cutting blade 34.

When the tip of the veneer 6 passes the detector 36 and the contacts 36a of all the detectors 36 become the barrier, the front green section cutting circuit 3
When the end of the veneer S passes the detector 36 and even one of the bushing points 36a is closed, a trailing edge cutting signal is generated from the trailing edge cutting circuit 38. Furthermore, these signals are transmitted to an operation controller 3 such as a solenoid valve.
9, thereby actuating an actuating device 40, such as an air cylinder, which substantially rotates the cutting blade 34. The sized veneer S, whose tip and end portions have been cut and removed in this way, includes pulley groups 41, 42 and a plurality of belts 4.
It is conveyed by a conveyor L consisting of three. Since there is a slight gap between the detection position of the veneer S and the cutting blade 34, the cutting width is arbitrarily adjusted by appropriately interposing a timer or other timer in the front and rear edge cutting circuits 37, 38. . Further, the pulley group 10 of the intermittent operation conveyor E as shown in the above embodiment is provided on the shaft 42a of the pulley group 42 of the conveyor L, and the dryer is finally connected through the same process as that of the above embodiment. Sent into Japan. Furthermore, depending on the curled state of the narrow veneer being cut, a guide conveyor may be provided above the carry-out conveyor C, whereby the veneer is regulated into a substantially flat shape, transported, and then rolled up. We sometimes wind up a product proposed and developed by our company that prevents curling from the beginning of cutting. That is, as shown in FIG.
A plurality of sliding bodies 44 with a pressure body 48 such as a coil spring on top
