    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 前輪と後輪とを有する車体の中間部下側に水平縦置型の
    エンジンを搭載し、該エンジンにより該後輪を駆動自在
    としたエンジン付自転車において、該エンジンのシリン
    ダ部の横側面にエアクリーナケースを配置し、該ケース
    の該シリンダ部に対向する内側面に、該シリンダ部の下
    面に形成する排気ポートに近接させてエア入口を開口さ
    せて成るエンジン付自転車におけるエアクリーナ装置。
