めされる状態に取付け、同金言状体の上面に取付けた鍔
状平板11の周綾部と鍔状体10の下面の周縁部とを1
個所あるいは数個所に於いて線条若しくは紬帯状の結着
具12により結着せしめ、又上記外筒4の周囲でかつ鍔
状平板11の上位には鍔状体10の移動上限位置を調整
する為の部材としての各々厚みの異なる複数個の調整リ
ング19を遊鉄状に配設し、一方上記液体仮貯筒の上底
部から上方へ華設した液体上昇管13の上位にに浮子室
14を形成せしめ、同浮子室内に挿遣される浮子15の
浮沈により浮子室の上方関口部16を閉開するごとくな
し、かつ上記液体仮貯筒の下部若しくは液体供給筒の外
側所要部所に液体補充用供給ロー7を開設したことを特

所に液体補充用供給口17を開設したことを特徴とする
