Claims (1)

撮像する撮像装置との間に設けられた光増幅装置、及び
前記撮像装置の入力光量を測光する光量測光部と、前記
被検査面を照射する光源部と、前記光量測光部の測光出
力信号にもとづいて、前記光増幅装置の増幅度、及び前
記光源部の光量を制御する制御装置とを具備し、前記制
御装置の光量制御及び光増幅度制御により、放射線環境
下における光伝送損失増加量を補償することを特徴とし
