[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a tenderizing device for rotary veneer veneer (hereinafter referred to as veneer veneer). This provides a tenderizing effect.

Conventional tenderizing involves making incisions in the veneer veneer with a number of cutting blades and expanding the incisions to obtain the tenderizing effect. As the contact point of the rubber roll becomes distorted, the radius becomes smaller and the circumferential speed of the rubber roll partially changes, so tension is applied to the veneer veneer and a tenderizing effect is obtained.

Tenderizing in the front has the disadvantages that the surface of the veneer veneer is severely roughened due to the notch, and the fibers of the veneer veneer are cut, so the edges of the veneer veneer may spill out.
The latter method had the disadvantage that a sufficient tenderizing effect could not be obtained.

The present invention provides a veneer veneer tenderizing device that eliminates these conventional drawbacks.

以下本考案の一実旋例を示す図面に基いて説明する。An explanation will be given below based on the drawings showing an example of the present invention.

The veneer veneer 1 is transferred from the carry-in rolls 2A and 2B to the carry-out roll 3.
When conveying to, the carrying roll 2A, which has a large number of protruding needles 4 on its outer periphery, has a circumferential speed 0.5 to 5% higher than that of the carrying roll 2B, so the needles 4 form fine scratch marks, and furthermore, the carrying roll 2B The circumferential speed of the unloading roll 3 is 0.5 from the circumferential speed of
Since it is larger by ~30%, preferably by 2~10%, tension is applied to the veneer veneer and the fine scratch marks are stretched.

In this case, the difference in circumferential speed between input rolls 2B and 2A is 0.5%.
Below 5%, fine scratch marks from the needle are not formed.
In this case, the fibers of the veneer veneer are torn by the needles, causing surface roughness.

On the other hand, the difference in circumferential speed between the carry-in roll 2B and the carry-out roll 3 is 0.
If it is less than 5%, a sufficient tenderizing effect cannot be obtained, and if it is more than 30%, cracks become large and cause surface roughness, or the veneer veneer is cut, reducing workability.

As mentioned above, the tenderizing device of the present invention can produce excellent tenderizing results without surface roughening because fine cracks are uniformly formed on the surface of the veneer veneer.

Also, the difference in peripheral speed between the carry-in rolls 2B and 2A and the carry-in roll 2
By making it possible to continuously change the difference in the peripheral speed between B and the delivery roll 3, it is possible to perform tenderizing suitable for various types of veneer veneers.
