け、該凹部の左右方向側方の一方に吐出管の管孔と連通
ずる第１透孔１１を、該第１透孔と対向する凹部側方に
チップ下面に下端を開口する第２透孔１２をそれぞれ穿
設させ、かつ上記第１透孔上端の前後両側部からは、凹
部１０の前後両側方まで分流溝１３．１３を穿設させ、
これ等分流溝の先端と上記第２透孔とから、凹部に対し
