本案は製氷原水(以下単に製氷水という)を製氷槽で凍
結せしめてブロック氷をつくる製氷機に関するもので、
特に製氷槽の水面からの凍結を遅らせ且つ底面からの氷
の成長を促進すことにより透明なブロック氷を得ること

からの凍結を遅くして底面からの氷の成長を促進するた
め製氷水中の空気の追出しが容易となり透明氷塊の製造
