従来の段ボールはクラフト紙よりなる段紙を中芯として
これにライナーを貼着したものを普通とするため、耐圧
強度、引裂強度に乏しいうえに耐水性も劣るという欠点

本考案は前記のような欠点のない段ボールを目的として
完成されたもので、図示の実施例に示すように、強靭な

脂シート２の両面にクラフト紙３，３を貼着した補強紙
よりなる段紙を中芯４としてこれにライナー５を貼着し

を加熱した段ロールを通過させるなどして得られる段紙
を中芯４として使用しているから、耐圧強度、引裂強度

および引裂強度は充分確保され、また、この合成樹脂シ
ート２は耐水性にも優れているため、該合成樹脂シート
２の両面にクラフト紙３．３を貼着させる合成樹脂系接
着剤層６，６の補助下に優れた耐水性を備えたものとな

した両面強化段ボールと比較して安価に提供できる利点
