て原料穀粉に添加し、うどん、そば等を製造したところ

化についても識別できるそば、うどんにおいても、いさ

せない健康食品が製造できることを見出したものである

で汁にルチンが溶は出すこともなく適当である。 又製
品によって、粉末状の櫨花の添加が不都合の場合は、こ
れの水抽出液を用いて製造することにより目的を達する
ことができる。
