する。The crushed pulp is piled up on tissue paper,
It is used by wrapping it in tissue paper or folding it into multiple layers. However, although absorbent bodies made mainly of pulverized pulp have excellent absorption capacity and water absorption speed for body fluids, they have low diffusivity, so if they come into contact with a relatively large amount of body fluid locally at one time and are subjected to external pressure. Body fluids may flow back onto the surface of the napkin, causing discomfort to the user. For this reason, absorbers partially or completely pressed are in practical use, and although this press improves the diffusivity to a certain extent, it is still not satisfactory, and the absorber absorbs body fluids. Under these conditions, the elasticity is significantly reduced, and the layer is deformed and damaged by the pressure between the user's crotches, which may give the user a strong feeling of using the napkin and may cause leakage of bodily fluids. On the other hand, in order to improve the elasticity of the absorbent surface (facing the skin) of the napkin, hydrophilic fibers such as leon, or a low-density web-like layer mainly composed of such fibers, are coated on the inner surface of the water-permeable sheet that forms the surface of the napkin. Although the web-shaped layer has been put into practical use, its elasticity is halved when it comes into contact with body fluids.

Alternatively, the flap may be formed by extending outward substantially in the same direction as the water-impermeable sheet 3, and engaging these two extensions with each other to form a flap. Such a form is suitable as a sanitary napkin, but is particularly suitable as a diaper. The water-impermeable sheet 3 may be made of a synthetic resin film, waterproof paper, or a laminate sheet of a synthetic resin film and paper or non-woven fabric, which is generally used as a menstrual blood leak-proof sheet for sanitary napkins, singly or in combination. Also, as the water-permeable sheet 4, a nonwoven fabric that is generally used as an exterior material for sanitary napkins can be used.

It is used as a material for cigarette filters and is highly safe: It has hydrophilic stems and hydrophobic groups, and its absorption capacity and water absorption rate are inferior to fiber-based materials such as pulp and rayon, but
Will not lose pigs under wet conditions; has tens of crimps per inch heat-fixed, high windability;
It has a low apparent density and is bulky, and since it has a hydrophobic group, its bulkiness is maintained even under wet conditions;
This characteristic makes it suitable for use as a material for the absorbent body 2 in combination with pulverized pulp. Figures 31A to 3

In addition, it is preferable that the water absorbent sheet 1 is pressed and integrated with the continuous filament layer 5 and the pulverized pulp layer 6 as described above, but it is preferable that the pulverized pulp layer 6 is simply pressed.
There may also be a mirror layer. FIG. 4 schematically illustrates an example of an apparatus for manufacturing the napkin 1 equipped with the most preferred embodiment of the absorbent body 2 shown in FIGS. 31B and 31C, and FIG. is a partially supplementary explanatory diagram of FIG. 4.

a, 17b have a higher circumferential speed than the presser rolls 16a, 16b, and are provided with grooves preferably at an angle to the roll axis on the circumferential surface of one or both of them,
Therefore, the tow 11 is pulled out from the bale 12 by the drive rolls 17a, 17b, and the tow 11 is pulled out from the bale 12 by the drive rolls 17a, 17b.
A stretched portion and a non-stretched portion are created between the roller b and the drive rolls 17a and 17b, and as a result, it becomes easier to expand in the middle direction. The toe 11 that has left the drive rolls 17a, 17 is guided to the secondary air opening device 18 which has the same mechanism as the primary air opening device 14, where it is finally shown in FIG. 3-A described above. The fibers are expanded to a substantially uniform density similar to that of the continuous filament layer 5 shown in FIGS. 3-C. Incidentally, the device 18 is equipped with a guide for regulating the expansion, and by adjusting this guide, it is possible to weave the gunwale as desired. The toe 11a (the elongated object of the continuous filament layer 5 shown in FIGS. 31A to 3-C) which is continuously expanded into a belt shape in this way is attached to the upper surface of the porous Kosobea 19. The pulverized pulp 21 (in some cases, a mixture with absorbent polymer powder) is substantially uniformly spread and laminated on the upper surface of the tow 11a by a scale fiber device such as a hammer mill or a spreading device connected thereto. A part of the pulverized pulp 21 is sucked by a suction 22 disposed on the lower surface of the porous conveyor 19, and is interposed between the internal fibers of the tow 11a.

When forming a layer of pulverized pulp 21, the absorbent sheet 25 is further unwound from the first unwinding roll 24, folded, and pressed as described above to be integrated. In this way, a first laminate 26 is formed, and this is passed through the first guide 27.
Then, fold it into three layers as shown in FIG. 3-B or 3-C. The first guide 27 is, for example, shown in FIG. 3-B and FIG.
A channel having a cross-sectional shape similar to the folded cross-sectional shape of the laminated bodies 8 and 9 in FIG. C is provided, and the primary laminated body 26 is forced to pass through this channel. A water-impermeable sheet 29 is unwound from the second unwinding roll 28 onto the folded primary laminate 26, and the upper surface and both sides of the primary laminate 26 are guided by a second guide (not shown). A second laminate 30 is formed by stacking the laminate so as to wrap it (see reference numeral 3 in FIG. 2). This secondary laminate 30 is guided to a primary cutting device 32 by a belt conveyor 31, and is cut at regular intervals to form each unit laminate 33. These unit laminates 33 are spaced apart by a certain distance due to the speed difference between the cutting and the belt conveyor 34, and a water-permeable sheet 36 is unwound onto each of these unit laminates 33 from a third unwinding roll-35. The entire body 33 is guided by a third guide (not shown)
(see reference numeral 4 shown in FIG. 2) and guided to a welding machine 37 by a belt conveyor 34, and each unit laminate 33
The water-permeable sheet 36 between them is allowed to settle down, and then guided to a second cutting device 39 by a conveyor 38 to cut the customer garment part to form a final product 40 (see reference numeral 1 shown in FIG. 1). is transferred to the packaging process.

A channel having a cross-sectional shape similar to the folded cross-sectional shape of each of the water-impermeable sheet 3 and the water-permeable sheet 4 shown in FIG. It is made to pass through. According to the sanitary product of the present invention, which includes an absorbent body having the above configuration, a part of the absorbent body is constituted by a continuous filament layer of crimp acetate fibers having the various properties described above,
Furthermore, at least a portion of the continuous filament layer is left on the absorption side of the sanitary product, thus improving the diffusibility of body fluids and effectively preventing backflow to the absorption side; The absorbent material is bulky and its volume increases, increasing its absorption capacity for body fluids: the elasticity of the absorbent material;
Therefore, the elasticity of the sanitary product as a whole is improved, and it fits softly and closely to the user's skin, causing less discomfort to the user. The creases and folds caused by folding and compression almost return to their original state after the compression is released: Even when the absorbent absorbs body fluids, it maintains the bulkiness and elasticity mentioned above, which makes it difficult for the user's movements and groin pressure. It has a number of advantages that cannot be obtained with conventional sanitary products, such as less deformation and breakage due to oxidation, and excellent shape retention.
