Generally, the tension of an annular belt installed in a belt conveyor, packet elevator, etc. is adjusted by moving the pulley far or near using a screw-type tensioning device attached to a pulley around which the annular belt is wound. However, this device is relatively a puppet, and requires time and effort to install and operate, and it is necessary to adjust the horizontal angle of the pulley every time the tension of the belt is adjusted. There is no problem in adjusting the tensioning device if there are no obstructions around the chest, but if the tensioning device is installed in a narrow bit like a packet elevator installed in a rice milling facility, it may be difficult to adjust the tensioning device. It was extremely difficult to adjust the horizontal angle, and there was a strong need for improvement.

In view of the above-mentioned points, the present invention provides a belt for an annular belt by fixing a tensioning case internally equipped with a unique rotating roller body and a belt clamp plate forming a gap for belt insertion at the end of the belt for an annular belt. The belt tension on the other end side of the belt is inserted into the gap and the belt tension is adjusted by rotating the roller body.
This eliminates the need for the above-mentioned screw type tensioning device, eliminates the need to adjust the horizontal angle of the pulley, simplifies and downsizes the loading structure, and improves the belt tension. An object of the present invention is to develop and provide a safe tension adjustment device for an annular belt that simplifies adjustment work.

Because of the above-mentioned configuration, when adjusting the C-belt tension by connecting the annular belt 9, the tension fixed to one end of the annular belt 9 (see Figs. 1 and 2) is required. While rotating the handle 16 of the case 3,
When the end of the belt with the jig jig uneven surface 9A on the other end side is inserted into the belt fitting gap 4 in the case 3, the roller body 1 is rotated together with the worm wheel 6 due to the rotation of the worm gear 7. At this time, the uneven surface 2 provided on the circumferential surface of the roller body 1 presses the belt 9 surface and feeds it in the direction of the arrow in the figure, and the tension of the belt increases and is adjusted according to the amount of belt feed. Therefore, when a predetermined tension is reached, the portion of the worm wheel 6 that rotates in line contact acts as a lock to fix the worm wheel, and further secures its position to the locking nut 7A, and also , said handle 1
The adjustment of the tension level ends when step 6 is removed.

Of course, the structure of the rotating roller body 1, its rotating device, or the belt attachment are not limited to those shown in the drawings. Further, the zigzag uneven surface provided on the belt end on the other end side of the annular belt 9 may not be provided depending on the load condition or the like.

FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the locking device 7A, in which a support shaft 21 is provided at an appropriate interval on one side of the circumferential surface of the rotating roller body 1, and the support shaft 21 has a clamping claw portion 22. Since the mounting plate 23 is rotatably mounted on the shaft and the belt is locked by the locking claw portion 22, the structure can be extremely simplified compared to the worm gear 7 device or the like.

FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the locking device, in which a clamping plate 24 whose inner surface is formed into a zigzag arc surface is attached to both side frame plates 25 and 25.
The rotary shaft 1A of the roller body 1 is fitted into the elongated holes 26.26 provided in the frame plates 25 and 25 on both sides, respectively, and screws are attached to the other ends of the frame plates 25 and 25 on both sides. Since the gap adjustment devices 27 and 27 consisting of shafts are respectively provided, the gap adjustment of the belt insertion gap 4 and the locking of the belt can be easily performed by simply rotating the screw shafts of the gap adjustment devices 27 and 27. can be implemented, and the device functionality can be greatly improved.

In claim (3), the tensioning cases 3 are provided at both ends of the annular belt 9, and the two cases 3.3 are connected by the tensioning belt 28. (See Fig. 5) The belt ends on both sides of the tensioning belt 28 provided with the zigzag uneven surface 28A are respectively fitted into each belt fitting gap 4.4 in each case 3 to rotate each roller body 1, 1 respectively. Since the belt tension level can be adjusted by adjusting the belt tension, the parts of the belt that come in contact with the rotating roller body 1 and are subject to heavy wear can be easily replaced by simply replacing the tensioning belt 28. In addition, it is possible to easily process or reinforce the uneven surface of the tensioning belt 28, and it is also possible to easily process or reinforce the uneven surface of the tensioning belt 28, and also to adapt to models with different pulley diameters and distances between the pulleys on both sides of the annular belt. It is easy to handle and has the effect of improving versatility.

In this way, the annular belt tension adjustment device of the present invention adjusts the belt tension by fitting the belt end on the other end side of the annular belt into the gap and rotating the roller body, so that Not only does it eliminate the need for a tensioning device, it also eliminates the need to adjust the horizontal angle of the pulley, and the installation can be made simple and compact, and the adjustment of the belt tension can be carried out extremely easily, improving safety. This has the effect of improving work efficiency by forming an annular belt with a circular shape.
