Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deposition of a spray material on the inner wall of a nozzle and to improve the mixing of the spray material by providing two or more mixing parts each provided with a multiple vibration plate for preventing the deposition of the spray material on the inner wall of the spray nozzle, and connecting said mixing parts obliquely to one another. CONSTITUTION:Two or more mixing parts 2 each equipped with a multiple vibration plate 1 for preventing the deposition of a spray material on the inner wall of a spray nozzle are provided, and the mixing parts 2 are connected to one another. The chances of mixing of the spray material are increased in this way, and the mixing effect of the spray material in the nozzle is further improved. Accordingly, the clogging in the nozzle and nonuniform injection in the spray operation are prevented, and a uniform coating is obtained by spraying.

However, during the spraying process, the material to be sprayed tends to adhere to the inner wall of the nozzle, which eventually causes clogging, requiring the spraying process to be frequently interrupted. This has caused the problem of spraying without sufficient mixing. The present invention is aimed at solving these problems and is based on a device previously filed by the present applicant (Utility Application No. 59-26730).

That is, the present invention completely prevents the adhesion of the spray material to the inner wall of the spray nozzle (1), the mixing section (2), which is fully equipped with multiple diaphragms (1) for preventing the spray material from adhering to the inner wall of the spray nozzle, and mixes the spray material inside the nozzle. This further improves the effect.

The spray nozzle of the present invention can provide a sufficient mixing path for solid and liquid even when spraying a narrow cylindrical inner surface or a groove-shaped inner surface, and can prevent nozzle clogging, and can be used at each mixing portion or tip portion. In combination with the oscillating mechanism, spraying in all directions becomes easy.
