Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure safety by forming a sufficient distance and a space between a high-voltage contact part and a metallic body when a high voltage is impressed in use, and removing residual charge by operating a short-circuiting mechanism immediately after a lid body, etc. is opened. CONSTITUTION:A wind generating part consisting of a counter electrode 5 and an accelerating electrode 6 and an electrostatic dust collecting part are provided in a main case 1 provided with an air suction port 2 and an air discharge port 3, and a high-voltage contact part 8 and a metallic body 15 which is to be grounded are supported freely rotatively with axles. The dead point position of the metallic body 15 when rotated is formed by an energizing spring body 20, and a freely rotatable lid body 10 is provided to the side surface of the main case 1. The metallic body 15 is displaced in association with the opening and closing action of the lid body through the dead point position, and brought into contact with the high-voltage contact part 8. Namely, the residual charge can be removed instantaneously with minimum displacement of the lid body. Consequently, safety is ensured, and the industrial value of the product as a commodity is enhanced.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to an air purifier using an electrostatic dust collection method and equipped with an ionization section, which is used for general homes, automobiles, clean rooms, etc. <--・ Conventional electrostatic dust collection air purifiers are equipped with a mechanism that applies a high voltage to an ionization section made of a tungsten wire or the like to charge the dust in the intake air. Equipped with an electrostatic precipitator that collects dust using the action of a high electric field. When the ionization part and dust collection part become extremely dirty, they must be removed from the main case for maintenance such as cleaning. Generally, the side of the main case was provided with an opening for taking out the air and a lid to open and close it.On the other hand, the high voltage application section of the ionization section and dust collection section was equipped with a power switch. Since the residual charge remains for a certain period of time and it is dangerous for the human body to receive a shock if it comes into contact with it, it is necessary to short-circuit the high voltage application part as soon as possible as soon as the lid is opened to remove the residual charge. In order to achieve this purpose, a metal body connected to the ground is linked with the opening and closing operation of the lid, and when the lid is opened, the metal body comes into contact with the high voltage application part, so that the residual charge is instantly released to the ground side. is generally adopted, but with this method, when applying high voltage during use, it is necessary to maintain a sufficient spatial distance between the vane application part and the metal body, and it is also necessary to make contact immediately when the lid is opened. Therefore, it requires a displacement amplification mechanism that extracts a large displacement of the metal body with a minimum displacement of the lid, resulting in a complicated structure, a large number of parts, and a high price.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a main case equipped with an intake port 2 and an exhaust port 3, and an ionizing electrode 4 made of a tungsten wire of 6o to 100μ, a counter electrode 5 made of a metal plate such as aluminum, and an accelerating electrode 6. It is equipped with an electrostatic precipitator and an electrostatic precipitator. The ionization electrode 4 is integrally fixed to the frame body, and the counter electrode 5 and acceleration electrode 6 are fixed in position at equal intervals by metal rods (not shown) and are integrally connected, and each is installed separately in the main case 1. has been done. Here, a DC high voltage power source (not shown) is connected between the ionization electrode 4 and the counter electrode 6.
A high voltage of 10 to 20 KV is applied through the high-voltage contact 8, and a corona discharge is generated at the ionizing electrode 4, and a corona current flows toward the counter electrode 6, causing the ions to collide with air molecules, resulting in 6" - Generates an air flow due to the viscosity of the air, forming a blowing section and simultaneously charging the dust in the dust-containing air. Due to the high electric field formed by the electrostatic force, the particles are attracted and collected by the counter electrode 6, forming an electrostatic precipitator.

Reference numeral 15 denotes a metal body that is rotatably supported on the main case 1 around a support shaft 16, and has an end portion 1 that contacts the high voltage contact 8.
7, a contact portion 18 during operation, and a contact portion 19 during return. The metal body 15 is biased by a torsion coil spring 2o to form a dead center position in the A-A direction, and at the position shown by the solid line in the figure, it receives an acting force in the P1 direction and is held away from the high voltage contact. There is.

When the lid body 1o is opened, the integrally formed suppressing part 21 hits the operating abutting part 18 of the metal body 16 and moves to position b, the metal body 16 is moved to the dead center position A by the torsion coil spring 20.
-A, the end portion 17 rotates by itself due to the biasing force until it comes into contact with the high voltage contact 8. At this time, although the displacement of the lid body 1o is very small, only the displacement between a and b, the electrical charge remaining in the ionization electrode etc. is instantly grounded by the conduction between the metal body 16 and the high voltage contact 8. It flows to the side and disappears.

Further, the lid body 10 rotates to the open state (position C), but at this time, the operating abutting portion 1 of the metal body 16 is located on the trajectory of the suppressing portion 21.
Since there is no 8, it does not interfere with the operation. Also, when closing the lid 10, perform the reverse operation and when the suppressing part 21 returns to point b, the metal body 15 will collide with the vehicle contact part 19 when returning. The metal body 15 is self-returning by displacing the metal body 15 and overcoming the dead center position.
