A processor 15 energizes a coil 20 when the signal is input from the comparator 10 to open a normally-open contact 28 to stop supplying a control signal to a servo motor. 理装置16に出力する。処理装置16はフォトカプラで
構成されているために入力側と出力側とが電気的に完全
に絶縁されている状態でリレー付勢回路18にその出力
を供給する。その結果、コイル20が付勢されて常閉接
点28が開成し、図示しないサーボモータへの過負荷に
係る制御信号の通流を完全に遮断する。
