【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は電子写真方式に用いられる乾式現像器のトナー
濃度制御装置に関するものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a toner concentration control device for a dry developing device used in electrophotography.
従来、キャリアとトナーの成分からなる現像剤を用いる
乾式現像器として、現像容器内に連通ずる通路をもち現

明板を介してキャリアとトナーの混合比に応じた反射光
量変化を検出するトナー濃度検出手段と、該検出手段の
出力に応じて制御され前記トナー補給機構を駆動する駆
動手段とを備えたいわゆる光反射式のトナー濃度制御装

混合比に応じた反射光量変化が大きくなり、しかもも透
明板にトナーが付着しにくくなるので、高精度、高信頼

現像容器内に連通ずる通路をもちかつ現像容器内へのト
ナー補給機構を備えたトナーホッパー、前記現像容器の
外壁の1部を構成する透明板、該透明板を介してキャリ
アとトナーの混合比に応じた反射光量変化を検出するト
ナー濃度検出手段、該検出手段の出力に応じて制御され
前記トナー補給機構を駆動する駆動手段とを備えたもの
において、キャリアにはトナーの光反射率と異る反射率
の材料からなるコーティングを施すと共に、前記透明板
を現像容器に対し可動的に支持し、かつ該透明板を振動
せしめる振動装置を設けたことを特徴とする乾式現像器
