PRIOR ART AND PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION Conventionally, the base fabric for clothing used in the woolen field uses a plurality of woven fabrics such as cotton fabric and linen fabric as shown in Figure 3, and is coated with natural rubber adhesive (11). Table 11 (12) Use a sheet of rubber, felt, etc. as a base layer between the adhesive types and apply a rubber or resin adhesive (13).
It is glued together and has a thickness determined according to the intended use.

In this way, the clothing is wrapped around a rotating cylinder, doffer, or napping device such as OP RJPP R, which loosens the fibers or pulls out the fuzz from the woven fabric, so it has considerable strength. Strong holding power of the planted needles is required. For this reason, the base fabric must be particularly uniform in thickness, have excellent tensile strength, and must be able to stretch as little as possible under tension so that it can be tightly wrapped around a rotating body such as a cylinder, while the machine is in operation. Sufficient needle gripping or holding force is required to withstand the load applied to the implanted needle, and elasticity is required to help the needle recover from deformation.

Therefore, as mentioned above, conventional base fabrics for clothing are made of natural woven fabrics such as expensive wool, cotton, linen, etc., and are coated with a large amount of rubber glue in order to satisfy the various properties required. There are problems in that it is very expensive because it requires a lamination and bonding process.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention is characterized in that the base fabric for needle cloth used in particular for woolen spinning, patent carding machines, etc. is made of aromatic polyamide fiber yarn with high strength, high elasticity, and low elongation as at least the warp yarn. A plain weave woven with synthetic fiber yarn as at least the warp using an integrated sandal M body of a woven cloth, a synthetic fiber mat, and a synthetic rubber or resin-containing needle punch felt with an apparent density of o, g to 0.7 g/cj. A laminate of cloth, net, or blind-like sheet and fiber mat is integrated by needle punching, and a reinforced needle punch 7 elastic treated with synthetic rubber or resin is used as the surface layer and laminated together with adhesive. As a result, during winding on a card drum, elongation due to deformation that is thought to be caused by stress relaxation or creep due to tension does not occur, and liquid sealing or cutting accidents due to floating of the base fabric do not occur.

In addition, the needles have elasticity that allows them to be easily restored even when subjected to severe stress concentration without facing or breaking, and by strengthening and simplifying the base fabric structure, the needle fabric has a relatively low cost and a long life. It provides a base fabric for use.

The above-mentioned base fabric for clothing according to the present invention, conventional wool fabric 7, and cotton fabric 6
As is clear from the table showing the results of measuring and comparing the breaking strength and elongation rate at a constant load of 160 kg of the base fabric for clothing obtained by adhering the base fabrics with natural rubber and synthetic rubber adhesives, it is clear that the present invention The elongation rate of the clothing base fabric under constant load was reduced to about 172 compared to the conventional clothing base fabric, and the breaking strength was also increased by about 50%. In addition, deformation and elongation do not occur due to the wrapping load applied to the card drum, and there is no occurrence of stitching or cutting accidents due to lifting of the base fabric. Furthermore, by strengthening the surface layer, the needle has elasticity that allows it to be easily restored without causing bone fracture even if the needle is subjected to severe stress concentration, and by simplifying the base fabric structure, cost reduction is achieved.

Next, an ethylene-vinyl acetate film was fused to the needle punch 7 elt surface of the base layer, which was made of a laminate of needle punch felt and a cloth made of aromatic polyamide fiber yarn formed in the same manner as in Example 1, as a reinforcing layer for nail extraction. Then, the coarse plain woven fabric surface of the surface layer and the aromatic polyamide fiber fabric surface of the base layer were laminated and bonded together by applying a chloroprene rubber IIil# agent to form a base fabric for clothing.

Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is configured as described above, when the card drum is wound, elongation due to deformation that is thought to be caused by stress relaxation or creep due to tension does not occur, and contact pressure does not change. Therefore, even under severe conditions of use in woolen spinning or patent applications, accidents such as cutting of staples or clothing due to lifting of the base fabric do not occur, and the durability of the clothing is greatly improved. In addition, by reinforcing the surface layer with a high-strength, high-elastic cloth material, it has excellent elasticity and recovery power even when subjected to stress concentration when the needle is subjected to carding axle, and will not break or become skeletal. do not have. In addition, by simplifying and strengthening the base fabric structure compared to conventional base fabrics, the amount of expensive natural fiber woven fabric and adhesive used can be significantly reduced, resulting in an excellent rationalization effect. It is an invention.
