ステアリングギアの他方に連結した第２シヤフトと、該
第１、第２シヤフトを相対回動変位可能に連結する弾性
部材と、カム面が形成されて前記第１シヤフトへ固定さ
れ該第１シヤフトとともに回転する固定カムと、該固定
カムのカム面に係合するカム面が形成されて該カム面の
摺動により軸方向へ押圧されて移動可能なスライドカム
と、該スライドカムの軸方向の変位を検出して作動する
変位検出スイッチと、を備えた操舵力検出装置において
、前記固定カムと前記スライドカムとの回転方向相対位
置の調整および保持が可能な調整機構を設けたことを特
