The cold weather in the morning is unavoidable. For this reason, heating equipment for sleeping has become a necessity, and in particular, electric blankets and the like have come to be widely used as general heating equipment.

is a detection line that is wired near the heater wire 2 and detects the temperature of the main body 1.

It is a figure which shows the blanket main body temperature in a / line cross section.

This is because the temperature of the blanket itself decreases especially between the heaters when the room temperature decreases.

Figure 4 is a diagram showing the temperature of the blanket body at the cross section taken along the line A-A' in Figure 1 when sleeping or taking warmth as shown in Figure 3. As shown in the figure, the temperature changes from the room temperature of 10"C to 5°C and 20°C. In other words, the temperature of the blanket body during practical use is from the heater wire 2 to the human body 8.
The distribution for each wiring pitch disappears due to the influence of heat generation. As shown in Figure 4, the decrease in the temperature of the blanket itself as the room temperature decreases is most noticeable at the feet because of the distribution of heat dissipation from the human body. As a result, a decrease in skin temperature in the lower limbs of the human body is observed, resulting in a very uncomfortable experience.

In the figure, the temperature changes from a (room temperature 10''C) to b (room temperature 0''C). This prevents the heat at your feet, but on the other hand, the temperature at your chest increases, making you feel uncomfortable.

An ON/OFF signal is sent to the power supply circuit 12. That is, by appropriately selecting the temperature characteristics of the room temperature detector 9, the set temperature of the main body 1 can be increased as the room temperature decreases.

`` ' As the temperature decreases, the set temperature of the main body 1 increases, so the power supply state to the heater wire 2 changes, and the room temperature changes between 0°C and 10°C.
"C" forms a temperature distribution as shown in the figure. This is because the pitch of the heater wires at the feet is closer than that at the chest, as shown in Figure 6, so when the power supply increases, the amount of heat generated increases at the feet. This is because it becomes particularly large.

As the room temperature decreases from 10°C to OoC, the power supplied to the heater wire 2 increases as described above, but the amount of heat generated increases especially at the feet, where heat radiation from the human body decreases when the room temperature drops, so excessive temperature rise at the chest is prevented. It is possible to prevent the temperature of the blanket body at the feet from decreasing, and to form a substantially uniform and substantially constant temperature distribution, although it is slightly higher at the chest and lower at the feet. This has the effect of allowing you to sleep comfortably even when the room temperature changes. In addition, as a correction value for the change in room temperature of the blanket body temperature, as shown in Fig. 10, the blanket body temperature is O-
Practical tests are being conducted by changing the correction value so that the value increases up to 1deg (in 0.1deg steps). Judging from this result, the feeling will differ slightly depending on the condition of the bedding, but the temperature correction value is -0,
2deg - 0.7deg is the most suitable, and has the effect of allowing a comfortable sleep at all times despite changes in room temperature.
