CONSTITUTION:NO.1 stoppers 3 are arranged at the edge 1b of a tray 1, and NO.2 stoppers which can be moved up and down as required by means of a solenoid 7 to the stop or non-stop position, are arranged at the adjacent edge normal to the above mentioned edge.
