Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently form a surface pattern having high design effect, by applying an electron beam curable paint to the surface of a substrate before covering the said substrate with an air blocking sheet having electron beam permeability. CONSTITUTION:At first, an electron beam curable paint is uniformly applied to the surface of a substrate by using a pinting apparatus such as a roll coater. Next, an electron beam permeable air blocking gloss sheet having a matte pattern part is allowed to cover the painted surface. Then electron beam with acceleration voltage of about 150-600kV and current capacity of about 25-300mA is irradiated from the sheet covered side and the electron beam curable paint is polymerized and cured over the entire layer within a short time to form a cured paint film. Thereafter, if the air blocking sheet is peeled off, a painted material having the cured paint film having matte and gloss pattern parts provided to the surface thereof in a composite state is obtained.

気遮蔽性シートを被着することにより、より意匠性の高
い塗装材を提供しようとするものである。
