Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled tube that is low in surface resistance and generation of static electricity and good in lubricity, by introducing a tubular stock pipe into a molding pipe inner wall that has a diameter larger than the tubular stock pipe possesses an impressed pattern, heating and pressuring the stock pipe so that it is stretched and nearly brought in contact with the inner wall, and cooling the stretched pipe. CONSTITUTION:A tubular stock pipe 2 and a molding pipe 1 that has a diameter greater than the tubular stock pipe 2 and possesses an impressed pattern are prepared by extrusion, then the tubular stock pipe 2 is cut into a length, which is then inserted into the molding pipe 1, and the opposite ends thereof are secured by supports 3 and are closed. Then after heated air is blown from a cylinder 4 into a tubular stock pipe 2 so that it is stretched and heated to a suitable temperature, the pressure in the stock pipe 2 is increased so that the outer circumference of the tubular stock pipe 2 comes in contact with the inner wall of the molding pipe 1 and is stretched followed by cooling to obtain the intended tube.

The heat-shrinkable tubes used for coating have smooth surfaces, tend to have a high surface resistance, and are also at risk of creating an atmosphere of static electricity. Therefore, the present inventors conducted a variety of tests to devise a heat-shrinkable tube that has low surface resistance, good slipperiness, and generates less static electricity.
As a result of i.1, we finally arrived at the present invention. That is, the feature of the present invention is that it provides a heat-shrinkable tube with an uneven pattern formed on its surface, and the further feature is that the heat-shrinkable tube has a pattern having a diameter larger than that of the tubular raw bamboo. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a heat-shrinkable tube having a pattern by heating and pressurizing the original tube to the extent that it contacts the stamped inner wall of the formed tube, stretching the tube, and then cooling it.

The heat-shrinkable tube according to the present invention refers to various thermal rr (t)-shaped bodies formed from plastic resins, and the thermoplastic resins include, for example, polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, and polyamide resins. , polyester resins, vinyl chloride resins, fluorine resins, etc. Among them, tetrafluoroethylene polymers, ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene polymers, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymers, and tetrafluoroethylene- Fluorine resins such as perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymers and vinylidene fluoride polymers can be used as preferred materials. The uneven pattern includes various patterns such as wavy shapes such as those found on Heroes '11, spiral grooves, fine uneven patterns such as satin-like patterns, other ring-like patterns, lattice patterns, etc. I can give an example, in short, if the pattern has unevenness, l'r

If such a pattern is applied to the tube-shaped original tube, even if it is stretched, the pattern will only be deformed and the uneven portion will remain, thereby making it possible to manufacture the heat-shrinkable tube of the present invention. One suitable manufacturing method is to insert an original size tube with a smooth surface (it may have an uneven pattern) into a molded tube with a diameter larger than the original size, and hold both ends of the original tube with supports or the like. It is manufactured by closing the tube and then stretching it by heating it to an appropriate temperature and drawing it by introducing pressurized air into the tube. At this time, if the inside of the molded tube 9 is engraved with various patterns such as those described above, the pattern can be remains on the surface of the stretched heat-shrinkable tube, resulting in a heat-shrinkable tube with an uneven pattern on the surface.1. It is. At this time, the pattern formed on the surface can be appropriately controlled by adjusting the pressure of pressurized air and the temperature, and if it is desired to stretch the raw tube in the axial direction, the tension can be adjusted appropriately. In addition, stretching may be performed while stretching, and in the circumferential direction of the raw tube, the ratio of the outer diameter of the raw tube to the inner wall of the formed tube is determined.

The stretching ratio is determined. As for marking the pattern, in addition to marking the pattern part as described above, there is also a method of leaving the pattern part and marking other parts (the so-called letterpress method), but this is of course also applicable to the pattern marking according to the present invention. Needless to say, he is a guide.

The heat shrinkable tube of the present invention is used as a covering material for various rolls,
For example, it is suitably used as a W village for a guide roll, but of course it can also be used for other appropriate purposes as required. In particular, when used as a coating phase for Kiteroll, 1. For example, when a long paper, long sheet, etc. is passed through the guide roll in contact with the object, the contact area with the object becomes small, so the surface 71ξ resistance This reduces the amount of slippage, L'shikf, and further reduces the generation of static electricity.
Therefore, it can be cited as a preferable example.

The heat-shrinkable tubes prepared in Examples 1 and 2 above were wrapped in a guide roll of a high-speed rotary press for newspaper printing, an Ikukanshi J Nitenter, etc., and then heat-shrinked.The guide roll covered with the heat-shrinkable tube The surface has corrugated grooves, spiral grooves, and a matte finish. When an object to be contacted, such as a long newspaper or a long cloth, is continuously passed through such a device, the guide roll has a small contact area with the object, so it has good sliding properties and low surface resistance. Moreover, it generates less static electricity, making it extremely easy to operate.
