It is filled with oil. The semicircular bucket-shaped body 2 has a lid la at one end.
The other end protrudes into the case. The adjustment rod 3 is made up of a round birch part 3a and a semicircular part 3b connected thereto, and is inscribed in the orange-shaped body 2 at the round birch part and rotatably penetrates the lid la, with the pond end protruding into the case. There is. The mass 4 is an annular heavy body whose outer periphery contacts the inner surface of the case 1, and whose inner periphery contacts the outer periphery of the tub-shaped body 2, and is movable in the direction of the marlin. The spring receiver 5 has a threaded rod at one end, and is threaded through a threaded hole drilled in the lid lb. Spring receiving rod 5
can be fixed to the lid lb with an attached nut 6, and a spring receiving plate 7 that can freely move forward and backward within the case is locked to the inner end of the case. A spring 8 is inserted between the mass 4 and the lid la, and between the mass 4 and the spring receiving plate 7, respectively. a pair of springs 8
By moving the spring receiving plate 7, it is possible to create a so-called non-linear spring that can change the spring constant, but if this is not necessary, the spring receiving plate 7 can be removed and the spring 8 can be directly connected to the lid lb. Make sure you receive it.

緩衝媒体として油を用いない。The electric light board may cause severe vibrations due to heavy vehicles passing by, etc., which may lead to accidents such as wire breakage or destruction. As shown in the figure, in the vibration damper fixed to the electric light plate, the annular mass moves left and right while alternately pressing the left and right springs due to the vibration of the electric light plate.
Each time, the oil in the left and right oil chambers of the mass flows alternately to the other side chamber using the center hole of the mass as a passage, but the size of this passage is adjusted by the rotation angle phase of the adjusting rod 3 with respect to the fixed camphor body 2. can. FIG. 2 shows the passageway in a substantially half-open state. The resistance of the oil that alternately flows through this passage dampens the left and right movement of the mass, which in turn dampens the vibration of the electric light board. However, this vibration suppressor must be installed so that its bag wire coincides with the vibration direction of the electronic plate P. Also, the spring pressure and the size of the oil passage must be set to be most effective for damping vibrations. To do this, first vibrate one electric light board with a vibration device and check the direction of vibration. Next, in the same vibrating state, the spring receiving rod is adjusted in and out and fixed to the lid lb at a position where the vibration damping effect is high. Further rotate the adjustment rod 3 and close the lid at the optimum position.
Set it to a and stop it from rotating. A vibration damper set to satisfy the above conditions can obtain the same vibration damping effect as long as it is attached to an electronic board of the same standard in the same direction. Japanese Patent Publication No. 41-127 as having the same purpose as the present invention.
No. 87 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-26669 are known, but neither of them uses oil as a buffer medium.

Neither of them has an adjustment function to effectively respond to the target vibration. In contrast, the present invention is characterized in that it can be used in the most effective condition by adjusting the adjustment rod.
