１はマイクロホンカプセル、２はＦＥＴ、４はプラグ、
４ａはスリーブ端子、４ｂはチップ端子、６は出力結合
用の有極性コンデンサ、８はジャック、８ａはコモン端
子、８ｂは可動端子、１０はバッテリ、１４は電池、１
