In order to remove a stone that has formed inside the liver cell, a laparotomy is performed to remove the stone, then the small intestine is cut below the papilla of Fata, and the anal stump is sutured to open the abdomen. At an appropriate distance from the wax foramen, connect the hepatic side stump of the common bile duct that was cut near the papilla of Fata, and then connect it approximately 40 cm toward the anus below the papilla of Fata. Postoperative cholangioscopy has come to be performed, in which the oral stump of the severed small intestine is connected and an endoscope is inserted through the above-mentioned wax hole to remove the intrahepatic remnant.
