、８はスペーサである。なお図中、同一あるいは相当部
分には同一符号を付して示しである。

  1. 金属で形成されたケースおよびカバーと、上記金属ケー
    ス内部に取付けられたアース基板および回路基板と、コ
    ネクタと、接着体と、取付ねじて構成されるパワーデバ
    イダにおいて上記アース基板と回路基板との間にスペー
    サを設けたことを特徴とするパワーデバイダ。
